Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the unlikely event that an emergency/weather would force the event to be cancelled, all listed team coaches will be notified by provided email and phone as early as possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refund will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

In the event that you need to cancel, please make sure to notify [email protected].  In order to receive a refund, you must cancel 1 week before the day of the tournament so that teams in the waitlist have sufficient time to make arrangments.  If you registered and did not show, you will not receive a refund. 

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
