General Info

Teams will come together and show what they have done so far at about the midpoint in the season. 

We will have skills and a traditional tournament. Our plan is to run 2 game fields and a skills field to keep the event moving at a good pace. 

We will open up inspection on Thursday evening, as well as skills runs; then the tournament will start Friday morning.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event needs to be canceled before the day of, then refunds will be given.

If there is an emergency or weather event, our safety officer will direct people on the correct procedure to ensure safety. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be given

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

More than 7 days prior - full refund

Less than 7 days but before the day of - 1/2 refund

Day of or no show - no refund.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
