Volunteer
Event volunteers will consist of mentors, school parents, and community members who have interest and are qualified to help with the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of impending incliment weather, teams will be contacted via email to determine how many teams will still try to attend the event. A final decision about the event will be made, at the latest, by 6:30 AM on the day of the event. This decision will be sent via email to participating teams and volunteers.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
A refund will NOT be provided.
Judging Format
This event will use the folloiwng juddging format:
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
The deadline for notebook submission is 01/11/27.
