PYRS BC Winter Qualifier @ Southridge School

Digital Submission of engineering notebooks on Team Profile on vexevents. Due by deadline in judging tab.

Pit areas and competition fields will be in the Senior School gym. A practice field may be available depending on available space.

Pizza order will be available.

A concession with snacks will be available between 11:00am and 3:00 pm.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

Canadian Teams: Cancellation - Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event.

USA Teams: Cancellation NOT allowed - Teams should only register when they are ready and 100% will attend.

Payment Methods: Cheque payable to Pacific Youth Robotics Society or Cash

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event.

Digital submission of Engineering notebooks.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their VEX Events team profile account due by 10:00pm January 14th.
