Welcome to Verdigris! We are located between Catoosa and Claremore. Unfortunately, food options are limited for short lunches. Concessions will be available.

Please remember extension cords, charged batteries, and hard copy of Engineering notebook.

Volunteer

Please consider bringing at least one volunteer for each team. They are greatly appreciated and allows for greater equal involvement. All non-certified training will be provided. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We are aware this event takes place in January, in Oklahoma and that it may be 75 to -10 outside. In the event of bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: rescheduling will be attempted and any fees alreayd applied will transfer.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Any fees paid will not be refunded by Verdigris Schools.

Health and Safety Policies

We have AED devices on site.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
