Welcome one and all to the Seaquam Robotics Dust Up!
The barrels roll back into town this year with a fun, themed tournament.
Matches:
Matches will be running after 10:30 AM. Note that this is different than PYRS event structure. Teams are expected to keep track of their schedule to make sure they arrive to matches on time.
Skills:
This year skills will be running all day, using portable perimiters, in a dedicated space. Teams must cue up for skills WITH THEIR ROBOT.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from the EP and senior volunteers to ensure everyone's safety.
In the event of a power outage dure to bad weather, we will attempt to continue to run the event. The EP will make a determination about how to proceed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued to all teams for those who paid in advance.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We recognize that sometimes teams are unable to attend unexpectedly. Please contact the EP to request to withdraw from the event. Last minute withdrawls may be issued a charge if a replacement team cannot be found from the waitlist.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.
Digital submission of Engineering notebooks.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their VEX Events team profile account due by 10:00pm January 20th.

Special Awards
Best Dressed in the Pacific Northwest: Issued to the team that has taken the effort to come up with a fun western-themed costume! Any spin on this is accepted including space westerns. Preference for judging this award is given to entire teams that come in costume.
Most Dusty Robot: Issued to a team that makes an effort to decorate their robot in a creative way, taking a stylistic spin and western theme.
VEX VR Skills High Score: There will be a VR Skills booth running at the event all day that anyone can enter. This can be issued to anyone at the event (including a spectator).
