General Info

Thank you for your interest in the MUS Owls' Final Flight Tournament - MS ONLY.

This event will host separate middle school and high school events at MUS on Feb 20.

We can't run tournaments without lots of volunteers. While we will take as many volunteers as you can bring, please communicate with your teams that there is an expectation of at least 1 volunteer per registered team. Volunteers who sign up at least two weeks in advance will receive free lunches.

Please share this form with your teams: SIGN UP GENIUS

All team members and adults must have the Global Robotics Consent form completed. Instructions are available at this link. https://events.vex.com/consent

Payment is due two weeks after a team is registered (or immediately after Jan 20, 2027) unless other arrangements are made with the EP.  All teams not paid after two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back in, IF there is still room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. [email protected]

We will contact registered teams closer to the event with more details, including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information.

Physical notebooks must be submitted for judging. Please print out digital notebooks and put them in a binder for submission.

If the tournament is full, please add your team to the waitlist!

Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by EP.

Refunds will NOT be issued.
