Event runs 9AM-8:30PM. Teams will sign up for a 1.5-hour time block and will be asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time for check-in and robot inspection. Each time block will accommodate up to three teams. A Google doc/sign-up sheet will be sent approximately two weeks before the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will be held indoors, so weather should not be an issue. In the unlikely event that weather-related issues cause the event to be canceled, we will refund your registration fee in full.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full Refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We will refund your registration fee, minus a $20 processing fee, if the withdrawal is made at least 4 days before the event.

JJGym is located behind the house at 6232 Mary Ellen Ave, Valley Glen, CA 91401
You're welcome to briefly unload in front of the driveway. Please follow these parking guidelines:
- Park in front of the house and/or on our side of the street.
- Do not park on the opposite side of the street.
- Overflow parking is available at the park, about ½ block south.
- Please park closely so others can fit, and do not block any driveways.
The entrance to JJGym is located behind the house. Walk along the driveway side of the house to the backyard and enter under the burgundy awning.
