Welcome to the VEX V5 Override™ Blended Scrimmage (MS-HS)!

V5RC Level Up Blended Scrimmage (MS-HS) is hosted by Sinarmas World Academy and ProVisi Mandiri Pratama in South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. As one of the first milestone events of the season, this scrimmage provides teams with an opportunity to experience live gameplay in a competition setting and prepare for future official events.

Through practice matches, robot testing, and collaboration with fellow teams, students will refine their robot designs, strengthen teamwork and driver communication, develop strategic thinking, and gain valuable early-season competition experience. The event also offers a platform for participants to connect with and contribute to Indonesia's growing VEX Robotics community.

Registration

Registration Fee: $50.00 per team. Invoices will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), inclusive of applicable taxes, and sent via email to the Team/School PIC by ProVisi.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. In the event of an emergency or severe weather conditions, the following policies will be in effect.

Cancellation & Postponement

  • If local authorities issue a severe weather warning or conditions pose a safety risk, the event may be canceled or postponed.
  • In the event of an emergency (e.g., power outage, natural disaster), the event may similarly be canceled or postponed.
  • If postponed, we will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible. All participants will be notified promptly via email and official communication channels.

Safety Protocols

  • An emergency evacuation plan is in place. In the event of an evacuation, all participants will be guided to a designated safe location by event staff.
  • First aid kits will be available on-site. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify a staff member immediately.
