We will share details on signups for each night about 1 week before the league begins. The plan is for the following:
- October 8 - Qualification Night 1
- October 15 - Qualification Night 2
- October 22 - Qualification Night 3
- October 29 - Qualification Night 4
- November 5 - Qualification Night 5
- November 12 - Finals (all teams)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Due to the nature of a league, it is unlikely that weather will impact the entire event. In the case that the entire league is cancelled, registration will be refunded.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registration fees will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will not be refunds made available if a team registeres, the chooses to withdraw or does not show for the event.
