General Info
Come to the Loneliest Tournament in America at White Pine High School in beautiful Ely, NV.
Notebooks will be submitted and judged digitally. The deadline for notebook submission is Friday, October 2. Interviews will take place in person at the event.
We will be setting up Friday afternoon, with a goal to have inspection and skills open for teams that are in town by 6:00 p.m. Friday night. Inspection will also be available Saturday morning if needed. If you are able to help us set up on Friday or clean up on Saturday, we would greatly appreciate the help!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We do not expect to have problems with travel due to weather. However, if the event must be cancelled, registration fees will be refunded.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks must be submitted by Friday, October 9.
