Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event will occur rain or shine. Southeastern Louisiana University guidelines will be followed with regard to university closure for weather-related hazards.

If teams are on-campus during the weather event, we will follow Southeastern Louisiana University's procedures regarding shelter in place.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event registration fees will be refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend there is NO refund of registration fees.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
