Welcome to The Ada Lovelace Invitational, an intimate, VEX V5 Robotics Competition hosted at the Singapore American School. Designed to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and equity in robotics, this focused 16-team tournament offers match play, dedicated Skills Challenge time, and a community-driven atmosphere.

Weather & Logistics Notice
The Ada Lovelace Invitational is an indoor event and will proceed rain or shine.
Equipment Protection: Morning downpours are common in Singapore. Please ensure your V5 robots, batteries, controllers, and engineering notebooks are covered in plastic sheets, tarps, or waterproof bins during unloading to prevent water damage.
Travel Time: Heavy rain frequently causes morning traffic delays around Woodlands. Please build an extra 15–20 minutes into your travel time so your team can complete check-in and inspection on schedule by 8:15 AM.
Emergency Notifications: In the extremely unlikely event of severe weather advisories or venue access disruptions, an email update will be sent to all primary coach contacts by 6:00 AM on the morning of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- No refunds as this event is for chartity!
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds
