Welcome to the York VEX V5 Coastal Classic!
Join us on Saturday, November 14, at York High School for our 8th year of hosting a VEX V5 Qualifying Tournament.
Where great robots meet the Maine coast. Located just a short walk from beautiful Long Sands Beach, York High School provides a welcoming setting for students to compete, collaborate, and celebrate engineering. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, organized tournament that keeps the focus on students, teamwork, sportsmanship, and great competition.
Digital Engineering Notebook - submit notebooks digitally for evaluation at the event. The link for submission is found on the team's events.vex account page under the "My Account" tab. Submission deadline is November 13th. No physical notebooks will be accepted for judging.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that there is inclement weather on the day of the event all registered teams will be notified of a cancelation via e-mail. We will also do our best to reschedule the competition for another day.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the case that the event cannot be run on the scheduled date we will try our best to reschedule; however, if we are not able to reschedule the event we will issue a refund to all teams registered
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Full refunds will be issued if a team notifies the event partner by email one month prior to the event (by 10/14/26).
