General Info
Barker College is pleased to present the V5RC – Tournament on Saturday October 17th.
Competition location - You can use the gate at the “Foundation Aquatic Centre” and walk to the “C Block”. We will have someone there to give directions.
Parking - Street Parking is available and entry is best from the College Cres. You will not be able to park inside the school.

Eng Notebook: Please make sure you upload to robotevents one day before the event.
Checklist before the competition:
- Students are familiar with the game and the competition rules
- Run the inspection checklist before the competition
- Checked that your Team name is correct
- Robots have their license plates
- Robots and students are ready for the competition matches and robot skills matches
- The Drive team has a pair of safety glasses for the day
- Teams are using the correct “Competition template” code

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full Refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
