General Info
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Thanks for registering for the 8th Annual White House VEX Fall League! The event will take place Thursday (one Tuesday due to space conflict) evenings from 6-8 pm with qualification and skills taking place the first 4 nights and the tournament and awards on the 5th night. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, school maps, and times. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form electronically this season.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- There will be NO refunds for this situation, due to the cost of providing for volunteers and teams attending. Please make sure to only register teams if you are sure they will be able to attend and compete.
