Welcome to the McCallum Robo Bonobos VEX Tournament!

Notebooks must be physical, be sure and create your summary pages.
Each team should provide one volunteer, lots of jobs big and small. Use this sign up to volunteer.

Volunteer
These events are all volunteer run, please aim to lend one volunteer for each team you are registering. Lots of opportunities big and small.
The hardest role to fill is typically Judge. Be assured that technical backgrounds are useful but not required. Being a Judge is a great way to meet some of the students and understand the hard work they put in to produce their robots.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event. If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the event is canceled for weather or other reason, teams will be refunded their registration fee.
Refunds will be given for team-initiated cancellations sent to [email protected] prior to the registration deadline listed above.
Any fee associated with the method of payment (such as a credit card surcharge) will not be refunded.
Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline listed above will be moved to the waitlist. Those teams will not be eligible to participate in the tournament.

Travel Info
Parking at McCallum is broken into several small lots. The image below shows the best options for parking as well as the event entrance location. Although there are a handful of spots on the drop-off loop, parking on the west side of Sunshine (A) is your next best option. The lot accross the street (B) belongs to McCallum, and the faculty lot (C) to the north is also a good option.
The entrance is accessible, and the venue is the cafeteria (V).

The event will be live streamed at the McCallum Robotics YouTube Channel.
Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams must bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Digital notebooks will not be reviewed.
