Volunteer

As a small nonprofit hosting our inaugural tournament, Reboot Robotics relies on the support of our robotics community to make this event possible. We appreciate the teams and organizations that help us create a great experience for everyone participating!

Volunteer Support
We would greatly appreciate at least one adult volunteer from each participating organization to help as a Judge, Scorekeeper, or in another event volunteer role.

Field & Game Element Support
We are also working with limited storage space and equipment. If your team has a complete field with game elementsthat we could borrow for the day, we would greatly appreciate you bringing it with you to the tournament.

If you are able to help with either volunteers or equipment, please let us know when registering your team or reach out to us directly. Every volunteer, field, and game element helps us make this event possible!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The safety of our teams, volunteers, and guests is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or an emergency that makes the event unsafe, Reboot Robotics will cancel the event and notify registered teams as soon as possible. If possible, we will work with Southwest Baptist University to determine whether the event can be rescheduled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Registered teams will receive a full refund of their event registration fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Event registration fees are nonrefundable for teams that withdraw or do not attend the event. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
