General Info

Purdue SIGBots is excited to host our Override Blended Fall Qualifier Tournament! We will be hosting the competition at the Purdue Stewart Center. The Stewart Center is near the Purdue Memorial Union, and only a short walk from free parking garages.

Purdue's VexU Team, ACM SIGBots, will be in attendance and welcomes all teams who are coming to have fun and compete. They will also be ready to answer any technical questions teams may have with VEX hardware and/or PROS.

Whether you are a new team or veteran team, we welcome you to join us!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Please feel free to contact us by phone if you are going to be late to the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected to be paid when you register for the event and must be completed prior to the deadline. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact us if there are considerations to be made.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

All refunds will be repaid (We apologize, but these checks will be written from a student’s personal bank account & slowly reimbursed to the student over several months so we have no other option) with checks sent out within 1 month of the cancellation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

All requests for refunds must be made 4 weeks prior to the event. Refunds will be processed within 1 month following the event

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
