General Info
The Jingle Bot Rock VEX V5 Robotics Competition (MS/HS) event is open to Middle and High School VEX V5 teams. The event is a State Qualifying event. The registration cost includes a voucher for one large pizza for each team.
NO OUTSIDE food is allowed into the venue.
Limited concessions will be available.
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com. Submission Deadline: Monday, December 7 by 8:00 am CST.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event may be cancelled due to bad weather and will try to be rescheduled. Teams will be notified by their e-mail listed in robotevents at registration.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled due to bad weather or by the event partner, we will refund your money.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If you cancel within one week of the event, we will refund your money.
Refunds may take up to 6 weeks if monies were paid through events.vex.com.

Travel Info
Teams arriving via a school bus should be dropped off at the front of the building. Bus parking will be in the OMS North Parking lot, adjacent to Innovation Campus. Teams not arriving via a school bus, as well as spectators, can park in the lot adjacent to Scherm Rd. and enter through the door marked S1.
