General Info
Volunteer Signup
It takes about 50 volunteers to help make the VEX Robotics Competition a fun, exciting and safe learning experience for hundreds of students. Volunteers are needed to help make this event a success. Judges, Referees, Computer Operators and General Assistants are the biggest needs. No experience is necessary to volunteer; training will be provided on the day of the event. Please select the Volunteer tab for important volunteer guides.

As a volunteer you will get a T-shirt to wear on the day of the competition that will identify the volunteer role you have signed up for. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately. Make sure you also bring a signed Participant Consent Form (found in the Important Documents tab above).
Lunch Options
Lunch options and preorder items will me made available here prior to the tournament. As more information on lunch options becomes available, registered teams will be notified via e-mail.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Judge's Guide
Judging is an entry level volunteer positions. You will work in groups of 2-3 to interview teams and assign awards. It is a fun filled way to learn about robotics and what these students are accomplishing.

Referee & Referee Scorekeeper's Guide
The Referee Scorekeeper is an entry level volunteer position. If you want to be up close to the action, can accurately count, and help organize the teams before each match then this is for you. You will work with an Experienced Referee who is responsible for know the rules in depth.

Participation and Consent Form
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. Download the VEX/ REC Foundation Consent & Waiver Form here:
