General Info

This event will be held on the same day as the bc tournament in Richmond.  This event is Skills only.  This event is a chance to run some skills run, take on a world record (hey we can all hope) but this event will not directly lead to a spot at the provincials.

We will run about 5 time slots (each 2 hours) where your bot can attempt multiple runs.  
Let us know if you can think of any improvements that might help to improve the event.

Agenda

doors open 7:30 am
and then please attend on of the assigned times*
8:00 to 10:00
10:30 to 12:30
1:00 to 3:00
3:30 to 5:30

6:00 to 8:00

Inspection will be available before your start times.
we will be running as many driver and programming runs as time allows.  Expect between 3 to 5 of each.

Volunteers are provided by the event organizer, but if you wish to help out please feel free to offer assistance.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather is bad please contact the event organizer as soon as possible.  That number will be forwared once you have registered.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.  As the cost is rather small we will use this money to feed our volunteers...
