General Info
We will have at least one practice field available, but we encourage teams to bring their own if they wish. (Please ask a staff person to suggest a location when you arrive).
Please upload all VEX Photo Release/Hold Harmless forms for EACH competitor to Robot Events (once per season prior to competing). If you do not upload it, please turn in paper copies for each participant when you arrive to check in.
Pizza Orders (for full pies only please!) will be taken up to 9:45 AM. Snacks and water will be available for purchase. Please ask students to bring small bills. Students may bring outside food.
The Front Doors (Lincoln St entrance) are best for handicapped access and limited car parking. Use Woodward Parkway entrance for dropoffs and additional car parking. After dropping you off, Please direct bus drivers to park in the back lot (clockwise around the block.)

As our event is on a Sunday, we do not have an available snow date. In case of cancellations, teams will be issued a full refund. In case of inclement weather, updates will be posted here.

School buses must use the Grant Street Access and bus parking is available there.
