Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Upon hazardous weather conditions, teams will be notified via email that our event will be moved to the following Sunday, December 16th 2018.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams must notify us through phone call or email on or before the competition to receive a refund. Any fee withheld by RECF will not be refunded.

Travel Info
The main enterance to the high school is on Round Hill Road.
Drop off students traveling by bus in front circle and park bus in lot across the street (East Hills Elementary school)
If you are driving to the competition there is plenty of parking in the two lots in the front of the school.
Please do not park in the back of the school. If any additional parking is needed, please park at East Hills Elementary School across the street (where busses will be located).
