General Info
Viewpoint School and the Patriot Robotics are delighted to host the 2018 Clash in the Canyon, a VEX Turning Point Tournament. The event will be open to 45 teams from both Middle and High schools. Winning specific awards at this event will qualify teams to attend the California state Championship.
There will be three competition fields, a Skills Challenge field, and full practice field at the event. Both Driving and Programming Skills Challenges are open to all registered teams.
This event will be limited to two teams per school. Once the event is full, a waiting list will be created for teams who were unable to register. This waiting list will also be available for you to sign up a third team, but precedence will be given to schools/organizations who are not yet registered. On-site parking is free.
Registration will be at 7:30 am, sharp.
LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event, allowing space for teams on the wait list. Due to the financial commitment on the part of the event venue, no refunds will be possible.
