Welcome to the 2019 NYS Southern Championship . 

East Rockaway is happy to host this years state tournament for the VEX VRC Turning Point game. 

Judges Interviews

Judging will occur at preset times between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.  Each team will be notified of their interview time a week in advance of the event.  Teams with farther to travel will be scheduled timeslots closer to 9:30 AM and teams that are closer geographically will have earlier time slots. Please try and adhere to the schedule because we can't garantee that there will be make ups.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event that the tournament is cancelled, refunds will be distributed. 

In the event a team is a "No-Show", no refunds will be given. 

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is within less than 7 days prior to the tournament.
