Friday Nov 15th, 7:30pm inspection begins - open until 8:30pm.

Saturday Nov 16th:

- doors open at 7:30am

- Inspection 7:30 - 9am

- Opening ceremony 9am

- Qualifying rounds 905am - 230pm

- Lunch provided by Shawnigan catering - 1200-1245pm

- Skills 905am - 200pm

- Elimination round 230 - 330pm.

- Closing ceremony 330pm -345pm.

- Tournament finishes at 345pm - 400pm.
