Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of a cancellation information will be posted here.  Team Advisors will be notified by email first and then phone/text.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event that the tournament is cancelled, refunds will be distributed. 

In the event a team is a "No-Show", no refunds will be given. 

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is within less than 7 days prior to the tournament.

Travel Info

Your GPS will  want to place you in the front of the school (99 Cedar Swamp Road). Instead, at the split of route 107 route 106, use the route 106 entrance. It is directly across from the Jericho Cider Mill. Our event will be in the Sam Springer Gym (entrance from route 106) and will be clearly marked. You may drop off robots and team equipment at the entrance, but you will need to park in the parking lots by the softball fields.
