All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available snow date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Exton Mall.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registered teams that choose to cancel must do so no later than seven days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus the $5 RECF Registration fee. Teams that withdrawal with fewer than seven days will be responsible to pay the full registration fee.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be refunded minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Health and Safety Policies
This is an evolving event in unique times. As we modify event to help with safety, we will notify all registered teams as soon as feasible. An event-specific health & safety policy will be emailed to all registered teams. If at any point your team does not agree with the modifications to the event, you may request to be removed from the event with refund, minus the RECF $5 Registration Fee. If these modifications come after the refund period, we will waive the refund restrictions, minus the RECF $5 Registration Fee
