General Info

Due to COVID-19 restrictions; This is a Roboplanet only event at this present time. 

Teams will be allocated a timeslot once all teams are registered. Please be prepared and on time.

Each team will have a maximum of 3 driver and 3 programming runs.  

Remote Judging will be followed after your skills time slot.

Agenda

The event will run on February 27th. Exact times will be posted after team registation is closed.  Please be on time and ready to run or try to inform as soon as you know your team cannot compete at the assigned time.

Volunteer

Due to COVID-19, no volunteers are required at this time.

In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the event will be rescheudled and teams will be informed. 

Please make sure your contact informationn is upto date in Robot Events.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are on a case by case basis. 

The final date to apply for a refund will be on February 27th. 

Health and Safety Policies

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, national or any other government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
