General Info

This tournament is by invitation only at this time.  It is further restircted to the MS VRC teams of the West Vancouver School district #45 at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions.

This event page will be updated as soon as we can open up the event and all teams will be contacted if we cannot run the event.

There will be expectations and safety requirements to comply with any safe practices for the school, the district and the province.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event cannot run because of weather or other event, teams will be contacted by email and if very last minute by phone.
Please make sure you have provided us with those current emails and numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be made on a case by case basis.

Health and Safety Policies

As we get closer to the event this page will be updated to the best practices we have in place at this time.

But expect to have 2m spacing where possible.
There will be hand sanitizer stations (but bring your own too).
No spectator seating.
Masks will be required in certain interactions and are encouraged at all times.
Lunches will not be available from the school like in the past.
Please bring your own equipment to run your robot

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, national or any other government advice and guidance regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Travel Info

We are at 1750 Mathers avenue in West Vancouver.

The event will be held in the Robotics Rooms T106, T107, and T108.

More info will be communicated to the teams about how to get in the building as we get closer to the event.
