General Info

This tournament is restircted to the HS VRC teams of the West Vancouver School district #45 at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions. It will be held in the Robotics Rooms (T106, T107, and T108) at West Vancouver Secondary School.

There will be expectations and safety requirements to comply with any safe practices for the school, the district and the province.

9:30 am: Tournament Directors Arrive

10:00 am: Doors Open

10:10 am - 10: 40 am: Robot Inspection

11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Qualification Matches

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Qualification Matches

3:45 pm - 4:00 pm: Alliance Selection

4:10 pm - 4:45 pm: Elimation Matches and Finals

4:45 pm - 5:00 pm: Clean Up

5:00 - 5:15: Awards

5:30 pm: End of Event

5:45 pm: Tournament Directors Depart

If the event cannot run because of weather or other event, teams will be contacted by email and if very last minute by phone.
Please make sure you have provided us with those current emails and numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be made on a case by case basis.

Health and Safety Policies

As we get closer to the event this page will be updated to the best practices we have in place at this time.

But expect to have 2m spacing where possible.
There will be hand sanitizer stations (but bring your own too).
No spectator seating.
Masks will be required.
Lunches will not be available from the school like in the past.
Please bring your own equipment to run your robot
