General Info

Welcome back to in-person robotics with Adelphi University. Event will be hosted at Adelphi University University Center Ballroom. Masks must be worn at all times. 

Found in Health Policy tab but due to its importance will be placed here as well. 

Adelphi University event hosts/organizers are not permitted to ask participants about their vaccination status, however, to be cleared to attend an on-campus event, affiliates, vendors and visitors must provide proof of vaccination and/or a negative test for COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to coming to campus. These must be submitted to Health Services at [email protected]. 

Additionally, we will asking that only team members and coaches attend only.

Both students and adults are able to volunteer. If you have any experience with robotics please let us know; however it is not required that you do. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Upon bad weather, event will shift to the following week 3/5. If teams cannot attend the new date, teams may ask for refunds prior to the event.

Enter through One South Avenue Entrance through P2 (Parking Lot 2). Directions can be set for the building: university center. 

Judging Format

 

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
