Congratulations on qualifying for state! We are excited to welcome you to Granbury. The state tournament is right around all the spring break activities so make sure you reserve a hotel early. We will have the check in and skills field open on Friday for those of you that come in early.
WE HAVE 35 SPOTS TO WORLDS FOR THIS EVENT
This event lists 16 spots, but in reality we will be handing out 32. The event will be split into two divisions of 35 teams and each division will have the maximum 16 qualifying awards. This means 2 Excellence, 2 Design, 4 Tournament Champions, and so on. The remaining 3 spots will be pulled from the World Skills Rankings along with any double qualifying teams. The divisions will not be announced until the day of the event.
No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the venue. If you have special dietary needs please contact the event partner in advance.
Project Graduation will have pre-order lunches available for $7 from Chicken Express, Chick File , Pizza. Concessions will be open all day on Saturday. You can pre-order your lunches here. All pre-order lunches must be ordered by Feb 23. Make all Lunch checks payable to Project Graduation.

Volunteer
A link for volunteer sign up will be here. All volunteers must be approved and trained. If you are volunteering for a Referee, Judge, Score Keeper, TM Operator, you must have approved experience at a Regional tournament that is aproved by the EP.
All volunteers must attend a site training Friday 3/4 @ 6pm.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency change or cancelation, information will be posted here as soon as possible. Tournament will be rescheduled to March 12 if possible or canceled no refunds will be possible.

Health and Safety Policies
Granbury ISD follows all health and safety guidelines of the State, and Local Officials. If there are any limitations or concerns policy will be posted on the GISD website.
Judging Format
- In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
