General Info
Welcome to the Western Pacific Robotics Academy (WPRA) Christmas Qualifier.
Skills: This tournament will offer skills in the morning and during lunch time. Teams are encouraged to check-in and pass inspection promptly so that they can complete their 3 driver and 3 programming runs before qualification matches begin.
Judging: Teams should come prepared with their physical engineering notebooks. Time slots will be avalible for sign up.
Travel: Search "Western Pacific Robotics Academy" in Google maps for exact location.
Lunch: We will do a pizza order. There will be a concession of snacks and drinks.
Our space is tight so appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.
Payment Methods: Cheque is preffered made payable to Western Pacific Robotics Academy Society, E-transfer, Cash

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Each team will have 7 minutes (on a timer) to present to Judges.
Please pick a judging time on the white board between 9:30 am - 12:00 pm upon arrival.
IMPORTANT: We will have an adequate number of time slots so that every team has the opportunity to be judged. Please arrive a few minutes early for your time slot for judging.
