General Info
If for any reason you are not able to make the event or need to cancel please do let me know as soon as possible so that we can offer your space to other teams and dont wait for you to start on the day.
Upon arrival please report to reception to register. You will be shown to the Great Hall where the event will take place. Parking will be available for minibuses and cars - please ask on registration and they will direct you to where minibuses should be parked.
Refreshments will be available for staff, but teams will not be able to purchase lunches, snacks or drinks so please ensure teams bring these with them.
We hope to be able to offer skills on the day - this will be confirmed closer to the time depending on fields/game elements available. If you have a full set of field and element kit and/or a portable field which you are able to lend us for the day in order to offer skills please get in touch. Likewise if you are able to offer volunteers on the day for any part of the running of the day please get in touch.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: As there is no payment for this event no refund will be applicable.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: As there is no payment for this event no refund will be applicable.

St Olave's will be within the new ULEZ Zone.
Parking will be available on site.
Orpington Station is on the fast train from London Bridge - 15 mintues from London Bridge to Orpington Station. The school is a 20 minute walk from the station.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
