Welcome to the CFISD HS Over Under Invitational. Thank you for registering and we hope you will have fun! Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. All CFISD teachers that are bringing teams will be volunteering for a position. If you have a preference or experience, please let me know. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Any required closing will be based on district policy.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
A team may be transferred to another Bridgeland Event if notified within 2 weeks.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. A submission deadline is scheduled for 1/31/2024 (ahead of the event date). No notebooks will be accepted the day of the tournament.
