Welcome to the Allison VEXtravaganza!
Please come prepared for the event by reviewing the game rules and the inspection checklist. Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome to assist. We will provide training for those helping with the event. Student volunteers will be used for field reset. Contact Steve Smith at [email protected] for more information.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled.
If the event is cancelled, the $5.00 REC administration fee is non-refundable.
The payment deadline is Saturday, February 3rd. Teams registering after this date must pay at the time of registration. Any team who has not paid by this date may be moved to the waitlist and their spot given to another team.
Health and Safety Policies
We will follow any health and safety guidelines required by Wichita Public Schools for this event.
No grinding of parts or other actions that create sparks will be allowed in the gym.

All participants and spectators should enter the Gymnasium Entrance (door 18) off of Texas Ave (north side of the building). Buses should park in the lot on the northeast corner of Texas and Exposition.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
