This tournament is a High School and Middle School level tournament.  We will provide awards based on the guidelines of REC and VEX as it pertains to a number of teams in each division.

Agenda

8:00 a.m. Doors Open (War Eagle Dining Hall)

8:15 a.m. Inspections begin

9:30 Inspections close

9:45 a.m. Drivers meeting

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Qualifying rounds

12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. Lunch (this may be a working lunch if we are behind.

1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Qualifying Rounds continue (6 guaranteed matches per team.

2:45 p.m. Alliance Selection

3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Tournament Play

4:35 p.m. Awards Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather we will cancel and attempt to reschedule the tournament after Christmas Break.  If a suitable date is not possible we will refund teams all but the $5.00 REC foundation keeps.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

 No refund will be given.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
