General Info
Creator Academy present the VRC MS Parramatta Over Under Invitational Tournament.
This event will be hosted at Parramatta East Public School, NSW, Australia.
Brabyn St, Parramatta NSW 2150. Enter via the gate at the corner of Gaggin St and Symonds Ave.
Street parking on Brabyn St, Gaggin St and Symonds Ave.
Teams can register on the waitlist, once a team has been invited they will be contacted and moved to the registered team list.
Physical notebooks judging only. Hand in notebooks during robot inspection.
Due to limited spacing, we recommend that spectators are kept to a minimum.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
