Registered coaches will be notifified in case of event cancellation via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
TRL operates as a 501c3 non-profit. Many event fees need to be paid in advance of the event. In the event that the Capital Qualifier is cancelled and not rescheduled due to weather or unforseen circumstances, no refunds will be given.
If the event is cancelled before the registration deadline, refunds will be provided upon request.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued to teams that cancel before the registration deadline.
Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

This event will be held at Wake Tech Conference Center. Located in the 2nd floor of Building L, Wake Tech Main / South Campus.
From Rt 401/Fayetteville Rd, enter at Wake Tech Way. Follow the curve to the left and signs for Building L. We suggest parking along Wake Tech Way, and taking the elevated walkway from the parking Lot to Building L. Once in the building, take the stairs or elevator to level 2.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The link submission deadline will be Thursday, January 25 at 5 pm EST.
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
