Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclement weather is forecast for the day of the competition, the event may have a delayed start or be rescheduled. Teams and volunteers will be notified by 6 AM the morning of the event via email if there are changes to the event. There will no refunds provided if the event is rescheduled to a different day.

Refund and Payment Policies

There will be no refunds provided to teams that are unable to attend the event.

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
