Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation. We will also post to the Slack group. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.

Under limited circumstances PYRS will review on a case-by-case basis. 

Payment Methods: Cheque payable to Pacific Youth Robotics Society or Cash

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
