General Info
Welcome to VRC Tournament!
This will be the one VRC tournament for high-school teams and middle-school teams around Vietnam. Taking part in this event is an important driver for robotics team to prepare for National Robotics Championship 2024.
The event will be held on Sat. 16th and Sun. 17th., Dec., 2023, from 7:00 am until the event is complete around 3:00pm. The tournament will start promptly, and we will attempt to maintain our scheduled target times throughout the event. If you are unable to attend or running late, do not forget to contact us.
Our event will have a robotics skills field available for students on Sun. 17th. Each team can participate in up to 3 drivers runs and 3 autonomous runs. The EP will determine the ending of the Skills event for the competition. Please make sure to have your team complete runs during the afternoon session of the event. EP does not guarantee that your team will complete all of driver runs and autonomous runs during the event.
The qualification sections will open on the same day. Please keep track the agenda in order not to show up late. Please be note that if you do not go through check-in and inspections, your teams are not allowed to attend the tournament.
Before the event, please read/ review the Code of Conduct Policy and Student-centered policy provided by the REC. Any individual or team not upholding these behavior or ethical stands could be asked to leave the event if issues arise.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds. Trophies, volunteer food, and many other expenses have already been spent to put on the event.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
