Welcome to first SSIS Scrimmage of 23-24, hosted by Saigon South International School. We are excited to have you and your teams participate in what promises to be an unforgettable event. Here's some key information to get you started:

- We anticipate that each team will have 4 to 5 competition rounds for this event.
About Us:
- SSIS is the proud sponsor and competitor in this event. Thanks to the dedication of parents, teachers, and volunteers, we can host a HS division event with at at 32 teams. The event will take place in the main gym with seats for over 100 guests
- HS pits will be located in our auxiliary gyms below the main floor
- Concessions will be available, and we're working with local merchants to arrange pre-order lunches for your teams.
- Registered teams will receive a detailed information email and a welcome packet upon checking in.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Our Safety Promise:
The safety of all participating teams is our top priority. We closely monitor weather conditions and assess potential risks to make informed decisions.
Event Postponement:
In the event of adverse weather conditions or emergencies that necessitate postponing the event, here's how we will proceed:
1. Timely Communication: We will promptly notify all teams through the contact information provided during registration. This notification will be through email and our official event communication channels.
2. Rescheduling: We will make every effort to reschedule the event to a safer date to minimize disruption and inconvenience.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Refund: A full or partial refund (minus any processing fees) may be provided, depending on the extent of the cancellation and expenses incurred by the Event Partner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on specific circumstances.
- Deadline: Requests for refunds must be submitted by 03/11/2023 at 23:59 (GMT+7).
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of 10$ will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs.
