General Info
This year, 60 top robotics teams from across Canada will gather in the Flair Airlines Hangar at the Edmonton Expo Center for a distinctive event. Designed to offer a World Championship-like experience, the Canada Cup is perfect for teams that either didn't qualify or cannot attend the VEX World Championships. Additionally, it's an ideal opportunity for final preparations before teams head to the world championships, providing a unique platform for both teams and sponsors to showcase their talents and innovations.

Should the weather prove difficult we will make every attempt to run the tournament and email updates to all teams

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled due to weather or health-related orders from the Alberta Government. Due to fixed cost of this event, any refunds will be allocated after all event expenses have been taken care of.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Once a team has paid the registration fees for the event, there will be a limited window for teams who may be going to worlds to recieve a refund of their registration fee.

The event will be following all Venue and Alberta Department of Health guidelines diuring the event.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Payment
Please ensure that payment is submitted online at https://www.zeffy.com/en-CA/ticketing/aa985c60-5f4b-4f1b-93ec-663629f85eb2 within two weeks of event registration. If we do not receive your payment by the specified due date, your team will be placed on the waiting list.
