Thank you for registering for our event at Bentonville West High School! We look forward to seeing the teams and having a day of exciting competition.

Upon arrival please drop off in front of the school in the parent drop off. Buses and spectators may park in the front lot.

Doors open at 7:30

Competition begins at 8:30

In the case of inclement weather, the event may be canceled. If so, the cancellation will be posted on robotevents.com.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

 

No refunds unless specific permission granted or inclement weather and competition is cancelled the day before or prior. Payment should be submitted via check only.

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
