General Info

ALL TEAMS must check in with the event partner/scoring table by-9:00am so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time.  Coaches-- If you are delayed arriving the morning of the tournament, please call and let us know the information you would like on the event's General Info tab. Weather cancellations will be determined by January 4th and coaches will be notified by e-mail. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be given if cancelations occur one week before the event, excluding the $5 REC Foundation registration fee. 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
