7:30 am: Team Load in - Pit Area and registration open

8:30 am: Skills field open

9:15 am: Opening ceremonies and drivers meeting

9:45 am: Qualification Matches begin

12:00 pm: Lunch 

1:00 pm: Resume qualification matches

2:00 pm: Qualification matches end and Skills field is closed

2:15 pm: Alliance selection

2:45 pm: Elimination matches begin

4:00 pm: Awards

5:00 pm: Venue closed

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

 

If cancellation due to weather occurs, refunds will be sent

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given to teams 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given 

 

If a cancelation of registration occurs within two and a half weeks prior to the event: No refunds will be given 

 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
