Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of a weather closure, an attempt will be made to find an alternate competition date.  If no alternate dates are feasible for scheduling, the event will be cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds except in the event of bad weather/college closing. Please be aware that the process for reimbusrement is not simple due to accounting procedures. 

The $5.00 registration fee to RobotEvents is non-refundable.

Judging Format

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
